The design of the mop is great; some people complain that it is difficult to squeeze but if it is soaked properly it should be easy to operate; though perhaps not by elderly people or those with impaired arm strength. Anyway, at first it works very well then after a few uses the foam bit falls out of the channel where it has been held in with a lick of glue and there is no way it can be fixed so you have to go off and buy another mophead and they are not cheap. Making sure that the mop is well rinsed in clean water after each use seems to make no difference to the speed with which the foam will disintegrate. Avoid this product. It is a sure winner in the "built-in obsolesence" category. For starters, the mop head seems to get revoltingly clogged up with dirt in an amzingly short amount of time, which no amount of rinsing through seems to shift. Then, when you are forced to go out and find a replacement, you are charged an obsenely large amount of money. Very irritating, not a good product.
